The 1086 has 2 hydraulic pumps. The rear one supply's the three point and rear hydraulic outlets. The front one, behind the MCV, powers the steering, brakes and TA. They both draw their oil from the one filter. I would recheck your filter because it is the easiest to do. If you have something failing in the transmission the filter can fill with metal filings and plug is short order. If all is well there your going to have to have someone with gauges and a flowrater check pressures and diagnose the system. Usually only one pump will fail and not both at once but I guess anything is possible.
