So instead of raking in billions or trillions in $$$ of profit by SELLING our farm products to China, and helping to offset some of that tremendous trade deficit we have with China, you'd rather "starve them out" and then end up GIVING it all to them in the form of foreign aid to a third world country?
So instead of getting decent $$ for your output, you'd rather go back to the days of $3 corn, $9 milk, etc. etc. barely squeaking by year after year?
You'd rather sacrifice and struggle to make ends meet, while other people get filthy stinkin' rich off YOUR hard work.
Any businessman will tell you that refusing to sell to a willing market at a premium price is just about the stupidest thing you can do.
We're past the point of no return here with China. The only way we can win now is to turn China's people into prosperous middle class consumers with a demand for more goods than they themselves can produce.
