Wow an ISDT rider on the board! I rode New England enduros for two years on a Rokon until kids came and money got tight. I always admired the good riders, but the ISDT guys, well the sun rose and set on them. I knew Jim Hollander a little bit but that would have been before your time. I admit that dirt riders are more likely to get hurt, but street riders are far more likely to get killed or maimed. There is an actual industry and a huge nation wide chain of nursing homes that specialize in the care of of brain injured patients. They say that a high percentage were street bikers without helmets.
