I go to auctions all the time and wonder why people do silly stuff like bid with a wink or something like they're ashamed or scared to be bidding when I'm bidding on something I get right up front and make sure the auctioneer sees me plus I can't see anyone else so someone can't say "You saw I was bidding on so and so item" well I can say I had no idea who was bidding against me but I know you can plainly see I was bidding on it.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
