Adirondack Case Guy,
Wow, very nice Case lineup!
I am starting to like Case. We have an old DC and she is well cared for mechanically - husband did go through her, put new tires on, and did paint her quite a few years ago. She pulled the planter when we still farmed. She still pushes all our snow (that is why he switched to a wide-front), She has done a lot of other work over the years... but she does not get the attention of our older tractors and she never gets to go to a show. :(
She sit in a covered, but open ended lean-too of the barn, so the birds do drop things on her. I'm embarassed to say we do not even know her year (but I think I'm going to get the serial number and try to find out).
This old girl still does a lot of work. She lifed our 1930's style cedar outhouse into place after it was built and she hefted the engine out of our old Regular to put it on an engine stand. And the more I look at her, the better I like her.
