havent you been watching the presidential smear ad campains? japanese tires have a tarrif now to "protect" american workers. 1000 uaw tire workers protected from competing against cheap jap import tire prices. Oddly enough the american consumer pays the price ,but who cares,as long as we can say "buy american". Cant have it both ways anymore it seems,either a cheap japanese tire price or a expensive american tire price for those who want them. When americans cant compete we just level the field. Of course the japanese have gotten a little smarter also,they immediatly placed tariffs on american goods ,so more american workers suffer when what few manufactured goods we do still make wont sell overseas . BUT the UAW is happy thats the main thing!LOL

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
