thank you so much for the reply and the tip on the retorque.i got in touch with someone at longparts where i bought the parts that could speak good english and got the specs.the only other spec i needed was the rod and they say it from 82-88. i bought this old tractor out of a brush patch and im doing a patch job on it.the milkey oil has me spooked.im not sure if it was uncovered and rained in it or if theres a internal leak somewhere that will open up when it gets hot.i pulled the pan and pumped the radiator to 20 lbs of pressure and could not see any leaks on the inside.i did have it running and found out that #2 was dead which turned out to be a cracked piston.the previous owner said it died and wouldnt start and a neighbor laid the either to it trying to get it to prime up im guessing thats where the cracked piston came into the picture so im replacing it and crossing my fingers.i blew out the secondary fuel filter to get it to crank and i think that may have been all that was wrong with the tractor. thanks again for the reply.
