did see one place in western okla near sayre sell for 80K a couple of years back.160 acres with 80 in bottomland alfalfa five years old.two water wells.should have bought it myself, but it was just a little too far away and i"m land poor now.would have made someone a good homestead, but you dont find them like that every day.the last i actually sold was a little 9.5 acre tract i had inherited.40k but it was in a fast growing area at the right time.
