You did not tell us what you where going to use the hydraulic fluid in. It makes a big difference. If it is an older IH tractor without a hydraulic TA than the TSC fluid should be fine. IF it is a year old CIH 305 MFWD tractor then I would say go get the CIH HY-Tran.
It is the saving verses the value of the equipment you are putting it into. I saw cheap TSC hydraulic oil cost some guys the clutch packs in their Powershift JD tractors here 5-10 years ago. The oil stated right on the container that it was not for any hydraulic clutches. The problem was this was in small print on the back of the jug. The front said it was JD 303 equivalent. So I guess if you had a JD 4010 with a Synco range transmission then it should work fine but the same oil in a JD 4455 with a 15 speed power shift cost the guy about $5500 when the PS went out.
Myself I don't have things that leak. So I put the better oil in. I think it does have better water resistance and additives. The saving between the cheap oil and good oil would not worth very much each year to me.
