So who is looking for a new or updated work sled for around the farm this year ? Last winter there wasn't enough snow to cover the hay stubble or for the groomed trails to open. Looking at a 1999 Yamaha Venture Long Track with an aircooled engine. Looks ok for $1500 but needs a battery and the recoil start clutch dogs and springs repaired/replaced. Guy that has it is not mechanically inclined and can't remember which way to turn the oil injector cap to loosen or tighten. Sleds are going cheap but four wheelers prices are not dropping.
