I just looked at Home Depot. They have a box of 16 for $128. So that would only be $8 each. They may have them in smaller quantities but I did not take the time to look much more.
I wonder if the $104 price you found was for a box of 12-16 of them??? Also check the local Ace hardware store. My local one has them separately. I think I gave ten bucks each last week for some.
