Jubilee or '54 NAA?

My tractor was purchased from a neighbour whose father bought in new in 1954. As far as he knows, nothing was changed on it except for a 12 volt conversion. Here's the question: the serial no. is 70063, which should make it a '53 Jubilee. The emblem on the front though, is a '54 NAA : four-pointed stars around the wheat stalk in the center. Were emblems changed on Jubilees that didn't sell in 1953?
