Dave, it's funny, one of my coustomers has a bunch of rental property's we maintaine, alot of section 8 and lower income people. The other day he was telling me he had to evict 3 of them, we laughed, then he said the only one making out was his attorney! Lol. Judge told him he had to give the people 1 month, guy asked the judge why don't you let them live in your house free for a month!!!
