: i am from israel. : do you know something about this tracktor?? : i have one but it do not work. Nadav, The International TD-6 was introduced in 1940 as the International TD-6 TracTracTor. It had a 247.7 cu in four cylinder diesel engine with a dual combustion chamber head. It was started on gasoline then switched over to diesel. It was tested in Nebraska Test # 345 between May 6 and June 1, 1940 and developed 34.54 belt hp and 28.14 drawbar hp and a maximum pull of 7180 pounds. The TD-6 continued to be built with only minor changes untill 1958 when it was given a six cylinder 282 cu in direct starting diesel engine. Still called the TD-6 with the new engine, it continued to be built both under the International name and under the Dresser name after International sold it's construction division to Dresser. I hope this helps you. Harold H
