If this is the case probably it sat for quite some time with the clutch engaged against the flywheel. sometimes can be freed by rocking the tractor in high gear or as a last resort towing it in it's highest gear. I agree with Dan.If he is right,and you are able to free up the clutch,make something that will hold the clutch peddle in when not in use.Some tractors will continue to seize up when not in use for short periods.
