What drives me up the wall, is managers in the companies I work for send out "all hands" emails, and speak only in acronyms assuming everyone else knows what they're talking about.
More than once I've emailed them back and asked what the heck they were talking about. Just because they know what the acronyms mean when they're communicating among themselves doesn't mean everyone out in the field does.
