Ultradog, thanks for the advice. I immediately recognized one problem: the plungers with the horns are in the wrong hole, and there is only one ball between them. Maybe that is the whole problem? Although I am also not sure if the thingy in the center is installed right. There is a groove on the outside of that and I don't know if it should be on the top or bottom. I'm pretty sure I have the lines to the cylinders hooked up correctly.
