Maryland used to have real easy to get drivers licenses, with little or no documentation It was so easy that illegals came here to get an ID and with it the 'right' to vote in this highly blue state. Baltimore, one of the most crime-ridden cities in the country, built a mass transit line out to the 'burbs, so the residents could commute to the city easily. So, each day, the folks who moved out towards the country to get away from the crime, hop a train to the city for the bigger money. And the low rent element hops the train from the city out to the burbs to see what they can find to bring back to the pawn shop in town. Very effiecient system..
