One of the things I enjoy most at the Florida Flywheelers each year is seeing things (especially ride arounds) similar to the photo. Yep it takes a lotttttttttt of time for those gents to build the things they come up with. If you wanna see time, stop by Batchers Barn and look at what he has hand carved !!!!!!!!! Another fun ride around I see there is the dude who has a huge picnic table with an umbrella and place for coolers n grills etc AND IT HAS A MOTOR AND IS SELF PROPELLED he rides it around the grounds n then stop for lunch.......
Yes they have time but most are retired and a man could have worse vices then building such neat things, more power to them I say

Today's Featured Article - 12-Volt Conversions for 4-Cylinder Ford 2000 & 4000 Tractors - by Tommy Duvall. After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
