Your post brings back a memory of a load of Case DB tractors that was delivered to us when we were dealers, The Case DB were ariving into an assy plant in Jacksinville Florida, and shipped to the NE dealers from there. We had an open order in a 1690MFD/cab, 16902WD/cab, and 1490MFD open station. His horse was no more than a high end camper hauler. When he got here he was a total nervus reck, and couldn't even back up to our dock. He told us that he had to abandon one of the tractors in Penn. because the horse's tranny couldn't pull the grades. Had to abandon another one at a different site at the summit and go back for the first one he left. I would dare say that was his first and last attempt at recreational hauling. Moral of the story; just because you can load it on, doesn't mean you can haul it. LOL Loren, The Acg
