In 06 the town I live in had its 100 year flood last fall we had the flood of a lifetime. Washed out the bridge on two different roads going to field I had. Had to haul the silage 8 miles one way in forage boxes to fill silo. Four loads a day was doing good time. Flooded my grandparents grocery store in town two shelves high. They have been the 30 plus years with only Some water in basement and it looks like it could happen again in a few days. I hope it stays off shots but if it doesn't going to feel real bad for all the people in owego who are finally settling back in there homes after last fall
