I don't know about using the "traction Booster" gauge to determine lifting pressure.. Whit the Hydraulics set for "Weight Transfer", it is sensitive to the Pull on the Drawbar by way of pressure (and compression ) of that large Spring above the Drawbar.. The Hydraulics should lift, no matter what though.. I used to have some trouble lifting a 4x14 Fully Mounted plow sometimes..but I figured it was just over-loading the system..but Never with a 3x14" or 4x14 Semi-Mount...
Re-check your fluid level.. Have there been "Quick-Connects" installed in the lines to the rear lift-arm cylinders..?? Could one of them be giving you some flow troubles..?? Ron..
