The internal hydraulics could care less about where the pump is. If it currently works with the loader it will work without the loader. It sounds like you are currently using the loader reservoir and control valve to control BOTH the 3pt and the loader by switching the loader valve between the loader cylinder and the 3 pt cylinder.
I would suggest simply hooking the suction port on the front pump into the tractor hydraulic reservoir and connecting the pressure side to the test port on the side of the tractor. Or I can sell you a nice gear pump conversion to replace your missing OEM pump ;-) A lot cheaper and more reliabe than an OEM pump!!!!
