55 years ago today I came to the world.I really celebrated 2 things as I retired 2 years ago today also.
I spent the day making a new round bale mover. As I worked I thought back on life in general. The lay out I did was taught to me back in the mid 70's when I was in high school.I still use a lot of my(old school) learning around my boys.Sometimes they praise me and sometimes they say dad come to the 21st. century. The trouble both have given me thru the years wouldn't fill a thimble. Never got into drugs or any major issues. Both have good jobs and very promising futures.
I've spent the last 31 years with the same gal and don't plan on that changing in the near future.
My dad got called home 13 years ago but mom is still here at the young age of 91.People ask How's your mom and I tell them to call her and she'll tell you.Still drives and lives alone. She has a 1994 Grand Marquis with a whole 62,000 miles.
I live across the road from where I grew up and enjoy telling new comers what it used to be like.
People in the eastern states are having problems today and for that I am sorry but if you wake up in the morning be thankful and push on.
I'll quit before I get boring but just wanted to talk.Everybody out there in YT land have a good day.
