I live at the origin of the Susquahanna. Water here flows either North ,to the Mohawk/Hudson River Basin-NYC, or south to Lake Glimerglass, (Otsego Lake) in todays terms, depending on minor changes in topography. We only had wind gusts up to 47mph and only received 1.13" of rain thru the entire event. Winds at present still pushing clouds east to west.
