I know just what you're talking about. I've bought a lot of items on Ebay and I will say, most of the sellers are good. But I have bought items and never hear back from the seller once the purchase has been made. It can't be that hard to send an email to the buyer and say thanks and let the buyer know when the item will be shipped. I do when I sell things on Ebay and it only takes a minute or two. Another pet peeve is when a seller won't leave feedback until after I as a buyer leave feedback. This is wrong!! I fulfilled my commitment as a buyer by promptly paying for the item. Once I receive the item and it is as described I leave positive feedback. I will say, I have never had to leave negative feedback for any seller after purchasing 375 items. All in all I'm satisfied with Ebay but there is always a few that make buying things a pain. Just try to be a good communicator when selling and appreciate the buyer and I think all would be fine.
