I assume by front you mean closest to front of tractor. I am fairly confident that front one is not turning. Took the Gov control cover off and sucked out ruby red fuel, and filled w/ Seafoam (read trying that in a post somewhere). However, also took the timing hole cover off, and nothing appeared to turn. There was visible timing mark on the rear, appeared to be right in the center. No visible timing mark on front, but a small blotch which did not move. Also, no signs of debris, things looked clean as far as what you could see. Also, there appears to be diesel fuel in the crankcase. Thanks again for any and advice.
