Being that union and non union shops all employee people. There will always advantages, disadvantages and abusers of either system. I've seen lazy no good bums with political clout mooch off the system in both union and non union. All in all the non union shops show be grateful for the free ride they have taken from the unions. That has improved their wages, benefits and working conditions. While the unions and the workers were fired,beaten and arrested while forming. Non union shops haven't lost the wages being on strike either. For the unions haters here is a question that nobody has to answer because we all know the question.
