Kyle, first off tell us what make and model of corn planter because I have never heard of a planter that could only be set for 34" rows. Most any planter should be able to be set for 30" rows and that would be your popular size corn head. The 30" heads will usually take from 28" to 32" rows but if you get to wide then a head for 30" rows the inner rows will work OK but not the outer rows as you will be to far off of them. Same with a 40" or wide row head, they are usually set at 38" to center of snapping rols so they will work on 36" to 40" rows and up to a 4 row head you should get by with rows other than exactly the same as the head but getting to 6 or 8 row heads you could have a problem. Netter to figure out the planter and then start looking for the combine. 50 miles southwest of Findlay.
