Probably have to put some weight on your blade. Your tractor does not push down! Just a few old I H did, that I know of. Have your top link level when your tool is down. The 3 holes are really for draft control. The bottom hole is for heavy loads like plowing. The top hole is for light jobs like cultivating. etc. I generally use the bottom hole for everything, It tends to make your tool flip up a little more so you gain ground clearance. Vic
