All I can say is that the kids just have no "WANT".
They are allowed everything they could possibly imagine with NO expectation of Earning anything...
Oh, they usually will "help" if you ask, but they will return to their imaginary world immediately once they think they are done..
If you never "Wanted" something and had to work to Earn the money for it..imagine NOT wanting a thing that was not placed in front of you..
Everyone NEEDS to "WANT" something..it is "Motivation" and most kids today have none of that.. It IS an Epidemic of Monumental proportions and not one thing is being done to limit or correct it.. I believe it is a logical extension from their parent's generation..you know..the one that can't manage their own spending and begged the Government for a "Bail-out" or "Forgiveness" of their Debts (or Welfare)... Since the Schools have become so "Politically Correct", they do not even Teach Cursive Writing..the kids cannot legibly write their own Names...they cannot be taught restraint or respect.. The Old "Woodshed of Life" becomes their teacher. The kids NEED to be taught to set Far-reaching GOALS, for their lives.. The Schools are teaching mediocrity.. Are WE to blame..?? Maybe we are...we LET it happen..
