People think this all new stuff, when we moved to ranch in Loomis, CA. In 1943 there was a big yellow two story house on the main road next to our property. I was told that the kid came home and kill the family then toss the bodies into the hand dug well. That house was empty most of the time I lived there about 20 years except for a few months when a family rented it then up and left real fast. Another big 3 story mansion up on a hill on the way into town where the owner hung himself in the attic in the 1929 stock crass. It was empty all the time that I lived there an I was told it had been that way since 1929. People won't live in place where people were murdered or died in unusual circumstances.
