We have dried our grain in a bin for about 25 years. We have transferred out of that bin into a bigger storage bin for about 15 years. We put up a new drying bin last year. We had already set up the auger and transferred from the new drying bin into a smaller storage bin. A few weeks ago we(wife and I) were struggling to get the auger placed to transfer into the big storage bin when a buddy stopped by. Just in time really. I'm getting too old for this bending lifting yanking around on a transport auger. We had just, with his help, finally gotten it placed. Wife was up on top of storage bin to open it and give final directions to fine tune the auger, when my buddy asked- "Don't you dry in the new bin now"? *&*%^%#@&*&&$*&(*% I had set up to the wrong bin!!!!! And it hadn't gone easily. Wife didn't catch it. I think the elevator leg will be up for next year!
