Don't believe what the company said. A plant here threatened to close doors if employees didn't take big pay cut. They did and a year later the plant closed. Hummm, I wonder how much top executives made? Did you see them taking a cut as an example? How many companies have you saw that busted the union ever made it? I'm sure there might be a few but I don't know of one. They always go bellie up. Their problems are those top executives don't know what they are doing. Example, a trucking company gets CEO from a food management company and he in turn hires folks from restaurants, who thinks a fifth wheel is a spare, Oh, see where it's going.
