Harpoon does brew some nice ones, its almost $20/ 12 pack now. I've been to the Windsor Vt brewery several times, have a friend up there in NH not far from it, we get growlers fresh from the brewery when he comes through. I've met and conversed with a one of the co-founders/partners its a great company, that makes an enjoyable product. The prices of their inputs has risen, end price to consumer has to rise, but people will always pay for a quality beer they love to drink, craft brewing is doing quite well because of it. The philosophy is a sound one for me, while I used to and occasionally still like to go out for one, I don't miss the crowds, drunks, belligerence, and stupidity, what I love is a tasty craft brew, and I'll indulge in 1 to 3 of them in most cases, the norm is one and that is satisfactory, hot summer weather employs a little bigger thirst, as does a social occasion, I don't like intoxication, I love the taste. I'll spend my $$$ what I like and enjoy it at home say 1 with a meal as a staple which is the average norm for me or a few with friends. Tonight it will be Harpoon Chocolate Stout in a frosty mug, desert in a glass LOL !!!! Great to see another Harpoon fan on YT, Cheers !!!!

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing. ... [Read Article]
