I've owned everything but a Ford (no particular reason, just the way it worked out) and they're all about the same.
With the exception of an '01 Dakota, never owned anything but a basic work truck with rubber floor mats and manual winders. If I need a truck, I need a T R U C K, not a Cowboy Cadillac Glorified Grocery Getter.
Every one of them was bought to tow, plow and lug, got horrible gas mileage, cost money to maintain properly...and did exactly what I bought them to do.
But then, I was never much on spending money for appearance sake or keeping up with the Joneses. Also, due to my lifestyle and gas prices, never put many miles on one.
I suppose if I were going to put 15,000 a year on a truck, creature comforts would be more important to me.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
