What if the pigeon shooters sublet to a nudist colony? And the animal lovers got video of b00bs rather than birds? What if animal lovers got sued for filming the a fore mentioned b00bs? What if one of the young ladies they filmed was under age, could they be charged with child pornography? Could you convince the jury that the animal lovers are perverts? Could you get a settlement that would prevent them from owning video and photographic equipment? Seems they're sticking their nose into something they shouldn't and in doing so they are putting them self at both criminal and civil risk someone should make them accept the risk they put on themselves and make them accept the responsibility (jail time, massive fines, probation, restriction of constitutional rights).
They flew their robocopter into an area trying to prove their was recreational usage of firearms and it got shot? What about due care and reasonable expectations? If you suspect someone is using and area to shoot firearms and you can hear the firearms being shot I would think that's not a good place to fly model airplanes.
