Don't forget to include all towing charges and a charge for vehicle you may have had to borrow to take the place of wrecked one to get to work etc.Once you agree on a price then you need to RECIEVE AND CASH their check and then and only then do you give them a signed off title. Any other sequence of events requested by them is totally unacceptable and unwise.
