My take on it (and I am not a lawyer) is shoot shovel and shut up. When they come and ask Questions you don't know what they are talking about. If you are going to worry about what some lawyer is going to do to you, you have already lost the battle. That is one of the biggest reasons that we have all the problems we have in this country.
