was going to change the fluid and clean the rear axle on one of my trucks today, which is a 1980 chevy 1 ton 4x4 dually the rear end is a dana 60 limited slip,i got the additive yesterday, and i had a 5 gallon bucket of 80/90 gear lube here, the operative word here is had, today the whole bucket is missing,i know where it,went but i cant prove it, i managed to scratch up about a gallon and a quart in various jugs, but when i look up the capacity of this axle, i get as many different answers as postings, do any of you know exactly how much lube this axle holds? id hate to pull this thing down today, and not be able to refill it all the way as everything is closed for the holiday in town, the truck is in use daily as a feed truck
