ford 3000 diesel tractor hyd. problem

i'd like to buy a repair manual ; the problem i have is that sometimes the lift will pick up and hold the bushhog and sometimes it wont i have changed the filter and bled all of the air out of the system but the problem continues . any input would be appreciated . thank's
