That is a standard Ford Car rim used 1940 to 1948 and the bolt pattern is a standard 5 1/2" same as just about all 5 lug implement rins, you can get rims to put 14", 15" or 16" tires on there. Go to ant implement parts yard and you will probably find a lot of used ones. The hubs from the 1928 Model A car up to the last Ford car built in 1948 fit the 9-N spindals. I have 1936 to 1939 Ford hubs and wheels on a 41 9N and they are a large hub more like the orignal 19" wheel but 1/4" different in lug bolt spacing, then on a 44 2N I have the 16" conversion rims Dad bought new in about 1946 to replace the 19" as the 6:00 x 16" tire road a lot better on plowed ground than the 4:00 x 19" tire. The 1950 Mercury used that same bolt spacing on a 15" wheel and then the newer Ford trucks use that same size bolt pattern. I have extra of those rims that I do not use but if replacing then go buy a 5 lug rim for a wagon and I think you can get a wider tire on them. Not going out tonight in dark to measure tho.
