But any moss berg 500 or Remington 870 with a rifled slug barrel can get 100-150yrds depending on shooters skill.
As to coyote hunting I like 223 great gun can make some long range shots but really is it necessary to shot 600 yards. I have killed lots of yotes from 300 or less. And ammo is cheap for 223 And again brand name of rifle is not important its just up to your preference.
