My brother in law Benny DeFuentes was there also I think he was on the second wave. He fought Ol Blood and Guts Patten was a driver that is until he was in the Parade od Paris then he gave the wheel to his assistant and jumped in the back of the truck where all the girls were. He was captured crossing the Rhine and spent the last six months in as a POW. With two BIL and 3 uncles in the war I have a lot to be proud of. Walt USNAVY

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
