So where exactly is this? From the 'Empire Builder' Amtrak train, you will see a long line of volcanoes? some of these? on the flats just east of the rockies. When I drove west I was looking for them, but they must be west of rt 15, cause when I turned for the border, Great Falls? still none. Seemed to be a straight line of them from the tracks south to the horizon. I can picture Sacagawea trying to cook supper on the rocks of this thing, like when people live near real 'thermal activity'. I bet if you looked at the gravestones, they might all be '1918' influenza... hey thanks for sharing these!

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
