Governor not governing. Discovered ball bearing mid-shaft is shot...(Balls are missing) which screws up the spacing, rendering the Gov inoperable. Think the shaft will come out on flywheel side, but need to remove the slotted mag-driver from clutch side.
Looks to be spring-loaded, so probably need to depress the driver, remove the keeper ring, which should allow me to take shaft the rest of the way out. Right? Please advise if you can answer this question. Thanks much.
