I hate to break this to you... but Fiat bought Ford/NewHolland over 20 years ago. The present changes appear to be nothing more than a slight reorganization that's been taking place over the past couple of years. IN reality this appears to me to be an attempt by the Fiat mafia to buy out any outstanding shares they can get and consolidate more shares in private hands...
