Not sure you can re-clock a cs130 like was common on a 10SI. If the pics post, you"ll see why. If I recall GM mounts them in the normal position, not splayed.
Reason being, a 10si mounting boss (big bolt) in completely on one half of the alternator housing. On a CS130 your main mounting boss is on each half of the alternator, so if you reclock, you have to make some heavy bushings to make up the void. And you will want it solid to keep the pulley in line. I am trying to find a pic to show what I mean.
