True enough,but some of these seed companies have to realize that not all farms are in central Illinois or in a continuous corn/soybean rotation. When you have land in oats,then alfalfa so that it's out of corn for 6-7 years,then only go back to corn in rotation to loose the alfalfa autotoxicity,all you need in the way of GM,is Roundup Ready. They don't seem to be even offering seed anymore to us livestock guys. I'm not a Monsanto basher,but I could turn in to one if they don't quit buying up these small seed companies who cater to us,then shut them down. We need a simple genetics corn,simple as that.
