Hi It"s not worth what he wants for it, Ive been in a few of those motors and they eat the sealing ring grooves out of the bottom of the motor, the same as the old ford majors do. a guy doesn"t know till you get in there how bad it is and it can be hard to find another block thats any better. I tell guys that ask me about buying them if the weep holes in the block are plugged or pretty damp walk away it might get expensive real quick. I"ve seen guys un block the holes and dump the rad contents on the yard. block was bad and full of chemical sealer and there $10.000 shiny 4020 is now worth $4000 or less. There is a 3010 or 20 for sale near here restored as new no 3pt loader or cab guy wants $9000+ for it , good luck with that those days are long gone round here. Regards Robert
